USENET PROVISIONS

USENET wil provide all approved partners with Database Driven Software specifically designed for the entire bouquet of USENET applications at NO COST.
Rights to the use of the software will however reside with USENET at all times.

USENET will provide all partners with all of the necessary training required to market and manage every aspect of a Local Area operation - including a detailed understanding of all the packages available to the customer.
(A Sales and Marketing 'Toolbox' or 'Manual' will be provided upon completion of training).

USENET will also provide full Banking and Accounting facilities for each Local Area operation, and will manage the entire infrastructure of "online" and "on-the-ground" banking and book-keeping (including income, expenditure, commission, receipts & disbursements).
All information relating to a particular Partner Account will at all times be available to the partner online. Amounts owing to the Owner / Operator will be paid into the individual's personal account via online banking monthly or at intervals to be agreed.
